Biography: |
Biography: This guy started way back in the 80’s with
Hip-hop music under the alias MEAN doing graffiti and
deejaying at a youth center. Influenced by the electro
sounds of Africa Bambataa and Kraftwerk he started to
experiment with Acid House. He discovered his passion for
electronic dance and Acid house. In the early 90’s he played
at several discotheques and clubs mostly in Germany such as
Fantasy Dulmen and Bahnhof in Munster.
In 1992 his girlfriend gave him the ultimate birthday
present, two Technics SL1200mkII turntables. From now on, he
started to use the name DNS. Also in this year he hooked up
with dj CIXX and The Vinyl Junk to organize some parties.
They played their first notorious sets as the CiXX DJ Team
at club Ludus in Enschede. The Black Hole Acid Experience
was their first party, Acid, Techno and Hardcore are the
styles played. Further on, dj DNS played his techno at
Thunderdome, the Funfactory, the Peppermill, the Rainbow
Rave and more nations wide.
Late 90’s he was asked to become the resident dj at club
Innocent and Eastside Underground’s Old School Madness for
the techno area. It turned out his love for house evolved
DNS in a variety of styles, Techno, Hardstyle, Hardcore,
Acid and Classic Hip-hop tunes. Highlights are Qlubtempo,
Hardskillz I & II, Hardstyle XP I & II, and more. At the
dawn of the new century he combined skills and style with
Vinyl Junk as 2JUNXION.
2JUNXION stands for Techno, Acid and Hardstyle. Their
individual skills and record selection for each style will
take you to the boundaries and beyond. 2JUNXION can do
extreme sets of more than 3 hours. Highlights of 2JUNXION
are Mania, Hard Rotation, Legalize IT!
Just recent, 2Junxion has signed up with Acid Tracks; a
record label specialized in Acid House. The first 12”
Freaked outta Acid has been released on AT014 may 2003. Many
more will follow. Dns and VinylJunk as 2Junxion teamed up
with CAT International, a well-known and respected booking
organisation. The goal for the coming 2005: BreakThrough for
