Biography: |
LORENZO DE PRETI artist birth is on 1990 when he started
djing and producing
DJ
He started djing in Northern Italy's several discos as a
resident ( i. e. Dylan from '95 to '97 , X Planet, Kiklos
Club ) and he is currently resident dj at Divina Dimora by
Florida in Brescia but he is going to be a Free lance as due
to his producer activity he is becoming a big name and most
requested all over Europe. In Benelux he is considered as
one of the founder of the style called "Hardstyle"
PRODUCER
He started producing with Media Records, label which was
always launching a lot of new artists as Mario Piu', Mauro
Picotto, Gigi D'Agostino, Cappella ( De Preti was the
producer of huge Cappella hit "U got 2 know-Move on baby") .
In the 1996 he decided to establish with his good fellow
Franz Scandolari (aka Dj Kubrik) his own company and to
build up his own recording studios and so HI HOUSE was
born.) Since that time he started an intense production in
the Techno style and the duo reached its own wellknown style
and releasing on labels such as Anthem, Suntec, Subway, Red
Alert, Movimento, Stik builded up artists such as Mental
Miracle, Digital Guerrilla, DJ Kubrik, Insecto, Schwarzende
( together with Stefano "The Uncle Ghilardi" ), Skam ,
Ultraravers, Panama ( this was one of the first Italian
records released by top label Overdose Germany). LDP after
being behind all those projects finally decided to debut
with his own official single so he released Holy Noises
(Subway Records 2001) a 3 tracker mixing up pure techno
sound to electro and hardstyle influences reaching a huge
success Holy Noises was released in Uk, Germany and Benelux
as 12" single and was included into all most important
compilations of techno events, raves and main clubs and just
opened the way to the next 2 singles which, for sure, made
LDP as one between the few top producers. |
